Everyone at J&J, from the individuals in the office whom we talk to by phone, to the technicians, who come out to service, are incredibly warm and responsive. Most notably, they respect the customization of the individual house and style. We know this, as they have serviced multiple homes in our family for years. They are incredibly accommodating and personable. I highly recommend them!

Did great job on fixing the flooding that was happening to my screened in patio whenever there was heavy rain. They replaced and extended the underground drain. When an additional fix was needed, they came back next business day and quickly took care of the issue at no charge. They have also come out in the past to fix and improve my sprinkler field and pump. Definitely recommend them.
